Squares Restaurant

Architect: Architectural Intelligence

Cost: $475,000

Location: Ann Arbor , MI

Description: This 2,300 square foot restaurant was constructed on the main level of an existing building located in the “Historical District” of downtown Ann Arbor.  NCS had to build-out the space while accommodating various existing adjacent tenants within the building.  Additionally, all of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems had to be upgraded to meet current code.  The project had numerous obstacles to overcome to obtain a “Certificate of Occupancy”.  NCS not only overcame these obstacles, but earn the respect of the City of Ann Arbor’s Building Department as it related to the management of this difficult project.
